Vinamra is currently VP & Head of Customer Experience Analytics function at ZEE, driving superior user experience for ZEE5 product across all platforms (Web, App & Living Room) and geographies globally via insights, predictive analytics and continuous digital experimentation. He works closely with the CXOs in driving digital transformation for the organisation and supports the data strategy.
In the past, he has worked for over a decade with American Express across diverse functions. He has worked within the Credit & Fraud risk function, leading policy writing across customer credit lifecycle viz, acquisition, cross-sell, lending, collections etc. He has also led diverse teams supporting digital experimentation and insights for the automated chat and App user experiences.
Vinamra has nearly 13 years of rich leadership experience leading diverse teams within analytics functions. He also holds an MBA from FMS, Delhi University and a B.Tech. from NIT, Allahabad.
