I was extremely fortunate to attend #TheRising2023 conference at Bangalore on 16th and 17th March for the women in technology. It was an event where the venue was humming with high energy levels, extraordinary woman talents who were sharing the inspiring insights and their journey as a women in technology.

We are excited to announce that we have received the Best Firms for Women in Tech Award by Analytics India Magazine for our commitment and efforts towards creating an inclusive workplace for women associates. Concluding the 5th edition women-in-tech conference – The Rising 2023, the award recognized companies that have implemented successful programs to promote diversity, provide equitable opportunities for career growth, offer coaching and mentorship to women, and help close the gender pay gap.

As a woman who is starting her career in the tech industry, this event was a doorway to an array of learnings!

It was an amazing opportunity to connect with so many remarkable women across the industry, network with some of the iconic women professionals, and gain understanding from a whole new world of perspectives. It was indeed one of the best tech events. Kudos to all the speakers, participants, and the organizer – Analytics India Magazine for making this event a super success!

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the #iamrising Women In Tech Conference with a bunch of incredible women in the team. The conference was full of brilliant and accomplished women who shared their expertise and insights on a wide range of topics. What really stood out to me was the sense of community and support that permeated the conference. It reminded me of the importance of creating more opportunities for women in tech to connect, collaborate, and thrive. Needless to say, this reinforced my commitment to championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Thank you Analytics India Magazine for creating such an amazing event.
