Suja Pramod

Suja Pramod is the Product Area Leader for Asset Management Compliance and Risk Technology at Fidelity Investments India, the regional arm of Fidelity Investments, one of the leading financial services organizations in the U.S. In this role, Suja leads a technology product group that delivers highly complex and critical Investment Compliance and Risk products and solutions to support the Asset Management business of Fidelity Investments. She is an agile leader who has built this product area comprising 18 scrum teams (squads) on the core principles of empowered and autonomous teams. Suja has developed a very interesting leadership perspective throughout her 25-year career of undertaking a variety of roles. Prior to her current role, she was the HR business partner for the Personal Investing and the Analytics, Research & Data organizations in Fidelity Investments India. During this stint, she played a key role in the agile business transformation journey of the Personal Investing business unit. This was a first-of-its-kind transformation in Fidelity and in the financial services industry, bringing together cross-functional teams from business, technology, and analytics together to deliver solutions in an agile manner. Suja also serves as a mentor and career coach for upcoming leaders in Fidelity and also does pro bono coaching outside Fidelity as part of her coaching networks. She has a passion for learning and teaching and tends to take on teaching assignments with friends and family as a hobby.
