Srividya Ram

Srividya Ram is Vice President, Projects and Application Services at NTT DATA. She is responsible
for ensuring the delivery of IT projects from India to Banking and Financial Services clients across
North America.
Srividya is results-driven and adept at leading complex IT programs, working with diverse teams
globally and leveraging the balanced global delivery model and lean delivery processes. She is
passionate about building high-performance teams and engaging them with a technology innovation
focus.
She has an industry experience of more than 25 years and has been with NTTDATA since; she is a
certified black belt in Six Sigma. Previously, she led the global utilization and resource management
function and established the delivery program management office.
Srividya played a crucial role in establishing the women’s network across NTT DATA India centers
and was instrumental in defining the CSR framework at India centers. She was recognized as one of
India's 10 Most talented HR professionals by the World HRD Congress. She holds a Bachelor’s in
Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from
Annamalai University.
