The cancer challenge in India is characterised by many factors – a huge burden, late diagnosis, delayed treatments, barriers to access and affordability, and a gap across resources - both infrastructure and HR. We use technology to unravel each of these challenges into an opportunity. The challenge is more pronounced for one of the most preventable and treatable forms of cancer - Cervical cancer. Our journey has led to developing tech backed solutions empowering various user groups. This includes Self help groups, incarcerated women, Women living with HIV, or corporate employees. From a mission stand point all the elements of these programs right from choice of screening method, creation of high quality data systems, enabling awareness and risk classification, diagnosis test, treatment methodology, telecommunication, and creation of discovery databases for innovation are tech driven yet grounded in our unique "Community as a Cancer Centre" model. Our vision is to bring a secure single point of access infrastructure to a fragmented and difficult to access clinical-genomic data ecosystem. For this purpose we have designed and built a digital first Cloud native platform that has allowed us to support the entire spectrum from risk assessment and screening to diagnostics including genomic sequencing to treatment pathways.
