A seasoned business leader and banker with over 20 years of experience in the BFSI sector, she has a strong track record in Sales, Marketing, Consumer behaviour, Product Development, Fraud prevention, Analytics, and Digital Solutions.
Shuchi has been instrumental in driving digital banking innovation, leading the development of next-generation Net Banking and Mobile App platforms for HDFC Bank. She has played a key role in implementing cutting-edge security measures to enhance digital adoption, customer experience, and fraud control.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honors) from LSR – Delhi and an MBA in Marketing.
