Shobha Bhagwat is a Data Analytics Manager at Gojek. She currently leads the Transport Analytics team where she focuses on using data and analytics to solve problems related to demand and supply, and enhance the booking and pick-up experience for customers.
With a strong interest in data, Shobha has over 10 years of experience in the industry. Prior to Gojek, she worked for Walmart Global Tech India, where she built analytics solutions for Walmart’s Items and Inventory team, helping to solve operational efficiency problems for the company. Prior to that, she was a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she was in charge of product growth, user engagement, experimentation and analytics for Microsoft’s MileIQ product.
