Throughout her career, she’s made a significant impact at companies like Alcatel, Huawei, Yodlee, and PayPal, leading critical initiatives and platforms such as overseeing PayPal’s $5B daily money movement system, driving large-scale cloud migrations, and engineering data platforms that manage over 500 PB of data.
Now, as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Platforms at Ford, she leads a global team focused on building secure, scalable, and AI-driven data platforms that enhance data governance and democratization across the enterprise. Moreover, Shivapriya is a strong advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging, having served as the APAC leader for this important cause at PayPal, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
