In my last 16 years of journey in Analytics and Data Science across diverse industries, I have got the opportunity not only to drive the market penetration and growth strategies but at the same time influence the point of view towards diversity.
At Accenture, as an HR analytics leader, I championed initiatives to achieve parity in pay and designation across diverse groups. Subsequently, I led the expansion of Flipkart’s Grocery and Hyperlocal businesses, drove their innovations like “same day delivery” etc, as the Analytics head, contributing to significant market share expansion.
Currently, as the Head the Data Science for their Global Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Customer Experience portfolio, we are spearheading one of the most contemporary problems statements worldwide, to drive “E2E Touchless planning” in a complex global supply chain scenario , also at the same time solutioning unstructured data problems through Gen AI in manufacturing units.
In my whole journey emphasize EQ over IQ, resulting in, affectionately referred to as the “friendly mentor” and “most approachable business partner” in my known circle.
