Saraswathi is a seasoned analytics professional and a well-recognized expert in Customer Strategy for the Banking industry. She has more than 2 decades of global experience with a deep focus on the Banking and Financial Services industry. She has spent a significant part of his career in a variety of roles in companies such as Danske
IT, Cisco, FICO, Accenture and Wipro enable business impact through the application of Analytics Data Science and technology.
In her current role, Saraswathi leads the non-consumer banking analytics which includes Corporate Banking and Partner retail analytics where she is responsible for establishing newer teams and capabilities along with delivering value to businesses and partners.
In her previous roles, Saraswathi leads the Global Analytics centre of excellence with a focus on Customer, Risk, Fraud and Operations analytics heading a global team across Bangalore, Lithuania and Denmark.
She is passionate about enhancing customer experience and formulating innovation-led growth strategies, embedding mindsets and processes to enable innovation and find new opportunities for growth. Saraswathi has a vast knowledge of the IT industry working across cultures in the fields of delivery management, program management, agile methodologies and consulting. She has been part of the PMI Board of Directors, Bangalore chapter. She is a firm believer in diversity and has been championing Diversity for many years. Saraswathi has a Master in Software Engineering from Bits Pilani and an MBA in International Business from Symbiosis.
She has also authored a textbook on project management for MBA for University and Co-authored 2 books “Black Book on Exponential Technologies 2019” and “Innovation Black Book Enterprise 4.0 2020” published by Wiley. She was also recognized as Top 150 Analytics leaders in 2021.
