Leading a team of 1400+ technologists spread across various Koch businesses and technologies. Over the course of her career, she has acquired extensive experience working within Global Capability Centers (GCCs), showcasing a deep comprehension of the Indian Capability centers landscape. From assembling cross-functional teams to achieving outstanding results, her journey has been marked by a commitment to cultural diversity and excellence from inception. She has honed her expertise in cultivating robust technology capabilities in India while seamlessly collaborating with global counterparts. With extensive experience spanning the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), she has refined her technical skills in technical support, development, and QA. Her adaptability extends to establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and skillfully navigating project and program management, as well as business engagement roles. Additionally, she has successfully led infrastructure services and support, demonstrating leadership in technology transformations and a dedication to fostering a product mindset and implementing agile methodologies to drive innovation and excellence. Her professional trajectory spans diverse functional domains, including Banking and Financial Services, as well as Manufacturing and Engineering. Notably, she has garnered extensive experience across FinTech organizations like Integral, Finastra, and State Street, where she contributed significantly to technological advancement and organizational growth.
