Accumulating over 17+ years of professional experience, he has had the privilege of bearing witness to, experiencing, and comprehending the imperative nature of inclusion across diverse facets of organizations Roy aspires to wield a transformative influence on mindsets pertaining to Diversity & Inclusion, aiming to bridge the leadership gap and empower stakeholders, including corporations, third-party agencies, non- profits, and groups dedicated to D&I causes. Currently as the Deputy Director & Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Nasscom foundation, Roy spearheads industry-level upskilling initiatives in technology for diverse communities. He also serves as the curator of the prestigious Nasscom Global Inclusion Summits and various other industry-level inclusion initiative’s and events. Having occupied diverse strategic and leadership roles, Roy’s passion lies in fostering the inclusion of marginalized communities within the workplace. His journey includes roles such as Program Manager for D&I at Dell Technologies, Global Lead of D&I with Pulse Secure, and a deliberate transition from the corporate sphere to the social sector as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at nasscom foundation.
