Prarthana Prateek Kaul is a Co-Founder of GiftAbled, an award-winning social enterprise that aims to create an ecosystem of like-minded individuals working together to build an inclusive society. Today, GiftAbled has supported the livelihoods of thousands of people with disabilities and underprivileged individuals across India through various projects, including Supply Chain Diversity. Prior to GiftAbled, Prarthana worked with IBM and iVolunteer. She is a cause marketer, motivational trainer, influencer, and consultant in the area of disability inclusion for multinational organisations. Prarthana has conducted numerous sensitization workshops on various topics, including becoming a Disability Confident company, sign language, Braille, volunteer management, and employee engagement throughout India. She has engaged with over 25,000 volunteers and hundreds of non-profit organisations across the country on various causes. Additionally, she has been invited to speak on the inclusion of people with disabilities and volunteering at prestigious institutes such as IIT Chennai, TISS Mumbai and Hyderabad, NMIMS, IIM Bangalore, and Christ University. Her efforts and contributions towards empowering people with disabilities have earned her various awards and accolades. Prarthana has also served as a Board Member of non-profit entities like Om Ashram and as a life skill trainer for students at Cheshire Home.
Prarthana has led various workshops for corporations to embrace diversity and promote inclusion. A few of the organisations she has worked with include Accenture, All State, Akamai Technologies, Capgemini, Cisco, Fujitsu, GE, Intel, Intuit, LinkedIn, McAfee, Microsoft, Publicis Sapient, Shell, Vijaya Bank, UBS, and Walmart, to name a few.
