With an overall experience of 23 years, Pavit has also worked across the BFSI and IT sectors, bringing a wealth of knowledge in corporate strategy, financial services, and technology-driven business solutions. He has held leadership positions, including serving as Global Operations Head in the BFSI sector, and has also worked as a Business Consultant in the IT sector whilst wearing multiple hats. His ability to manage large-scale operations and drive business transformation has been a hallmark of his career. He holds an MBA from NMIMS, further strengthening his expertise in business management and leadership.
