Nishtha Dewani is a Group Manager with the Analytics and AI practice of IBM Consulting. She has over 18 years of consulting, delivery, and people leadership experience across industries and geographies. With her experience in healthcare, finance and talent and transformation domains she leads development of enterprise analytics offerings through data democratization and data assets that are secure, compliant, and scalable.
Apart from all this, Nishtha is a people enthusiast and a D&I Leader. She is also an ICC Certified Transformation & Leadership Coach, mentor, image consultant and soft skills trainer driving various initiatives for upliftment of diverse talent. She is on a personal mission to empower 10000 lives through mentorship, coaching and other initiatives. She is also a public speaker and was one of the top 100 motivational speakers in 2021 in the reality show titled “Super Speaker”
