Niren is a seasoned HR Leader with over 27 years of experience including multiple areas of Human Resources like Talent Deployment, Generalist HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations. Currently, he leads Talent Supply Chain for Accenture’s Technology business in India. In his role, he’s responsible for all aspects of Talent Supply Chain for Accenture’s Technology business in India – including staffing, training and skilling, role rotations, demand fulfillment, growth enablement, pyramid refresh. He has been with Accenture for 8 years, during which he has held various leadership roles in Talent
Management & Staffing in India. He holds a PGDBA in Finance from NMIMS and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. In addition, Niren has completed Executive courses in Human Resources from XLRI and IIM Lucknow, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
