Megha Sinha

Megha is a Vice President of digital with the AI/ML Practice at Genpact India. She has over 12 years of rich experience across various fields such as Data and Technology Strategy and consulting, Enterprise Application Design and Development, and Software Engineering. Prior to her current role, Megha has worked with Accenture, where she has successfully led end-to-end conceptualization, development, and deployment of data integration solutions and enterprise applications. With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) and wide experience across leading technologies, Megha has proven abilities in designing technology-led business transformation initiatives of client organizations in BFSI, CPG, Retail, and Healthcare. In her current role at Genpact, she manages full-stack AI/ML solutions, strategic offerings, and new initiatives in Cloud Analytics and MLOps. With a penchant for contributing to society, she has been actively involved with Not-for-profit organizations such as eVidyaloka for enabling the cause of education for rural children and WICCI to promote women in AI. Megha is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer Enterprise Applications, Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, ITIL® Certified IT Service Manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
