Ms Malini Narayanamoorthi is an energetic and experienced semiconductor professional with more than two decades of global experience in the semiconductor industry. Malini is the Country Head of Renesas India in addition to being a Vice President of Engineering with the Analog and Connectivity Business unit. Her outstanding contributions and leadership have made a significant impact to the growth of Renesas in India. Prior to working at Renesas, she has worked in Rambus, Synopsys and National Semiconductors, across North America and India. Diversity topics are close to her heart and she makes strides to ensure inclusivity. In Jan 2024, Malini was awarded the winner of the Women Leader in the ESDM Industry Award by IESA. Malini is a proud alumna of RVCE Bangalore, NUS Singapore, and MIT Boston. Outside of work, Malini continues to play sport which helps define her work life balance and inculcate team spirit in her teams.
