She has experience delivering AI solutions that includes Speech recognition, Image recognition, various avatars of Chatbots (face, text, audio) to understand various interfaces of customer interactions to drive personalized actionable insights and automate most of the customer and HR/Technology processes virtual agents.
Lately in light of Global warming concerns she has been deeply involved in executing AI based Climate sustainability projects to understand the levers of carbon emission factors and how to incorporate decision and predictive science in the carbon footprint with Paris Model agreement for 1.5 C temp reduction. This is highly a data intensive, domain assumptions-based project that involves Data Lakes environment set up and BIG data configuration.
In last several years Lata has stood up a highly efficient global CoEs/COPs and research teams in AI space with both India and international geography mix, built a strong delivery, product capability , risk & Governance framework and consulting initiatives to democratize AI/ML in the enterprise This geo mix team definitely helps to further highlight India based talents at Global level.
Lata represents her company at National and International AI conferences as a speaker, panel member. She is active AI platform board members for AI solutions She is working on some of parallel AI challenger models using Novel techniques/tools to support innovation spirit & readiness with Art of technology platform, contribute to open source libraries and wider society by being various group member.
She has Masters in Nuclear Physics and a Ph.D in Computational Physics under NASA sponsored fellowship from University of California San-Diego US. She has submitted more than 25+ research papers in international journals. Lata is a celebrated speaker on the AI topics and is a sought-after consultant for practical usages of AI.
