Jidnya Shah is a seasoned machine learning leader with 20+ years of experience in product development across industries, specializing in ML and computer vision. She holds a master’s in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, USA. As Head of Data Science at Wayfair India TDC, Jidnya leads a team developing ML algorithms for search, customer insights, and marketing. At LinkedIn, she managed teams in Content Abuse Prevention, deploying NLP and multimedia technologies to keep the platform professional and enhancing LinkedIn Learning’s search through optimised ranking models.
Previously, Jidnya held roles at Samsung Research, Applied Materials, and NEC India, building expertise in biometrics and large-scale data solutions, with her work recognized through patents and publications.
