Jayashree is a senior leader in the space of Banking Technology. She has more than 2 decades of
experience in various Technology roles in International Banks. Ranked 15 th in the global list of
Future Leaders by Financial Times, UK in 2018, she is a known leader in the India Banking
Technology industry. She is passionate about inclusion & has led many Diversity & Inclusion
programs for removing biases. She leads programs for inclusion of Veterans in the workforce & is
also the mentor for the Indian Men’s National team for Wheelchair Basketball.
She has presented her views in many industry forums like eWit, World Bank D & I seminar,
NASSCOM and IMO Summit. She’s also a prominent member/speaker in the Confederation of
Indian Industry – CTO Forum.
With management studies from IIM, Bangalore and a degree in Physics, she is also a post
graduate in data Science & Business Analytics. Her hobbies include adventure sports (scuba
diving & nature trekking) and conserving wildlife – she’s a life member of the Madras Naturalist
Society.
