Her expertise is in Technology , digital banking , banking ops and customer service . She has led deliver large scale strategic projects blended with technology for the banking industry . She was part of the core team that set up the digital payments bank and an NBFC . Robotic process automation , API banking , tech projects in the lending space and liabilities are some of the key strategic initiatives and deliveries .Passionate about customer service she has successfully built a BOT enabled Call centre .She is an Asian Banker award winner for the best bank project.
