Janhavi Chitale is part of the fourth generation at Chitale Bandhu Mitahiwale and is a
co-founder of Intellixente Solutions, an analytics start-up based out of Pune.
She studied Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at Pune Institute of
Computer Technology. She then went on to complete her Masters in Information
Management from the University of Maryland, USA in 2017. Post masters, she gained
experience as a Business Analyst in the American foray team of German Supermarket
Chain – Lidl and after that returned to India.
Since her return, Janhavi has been heavily involved in working with her family
business, Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale, to help automate, digitize and manage their
Information technology Department. She has handled projects for ERP Management,
Data Management, Dashboarding, Process Flows and was the head of the project for
the implementation of SAP.
While serving the needs of Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale, Janhavi realised there was a
larger potential for her skills and forayed her entrepreneurial journey through
Intellixente Solutions. She and her team aim to provide IT solutions to organizations
of all scales to strengthen the bottom line by optimizing productivity and supply chain.
Their product CeoAssist uses the concept of Theory of Constraints to manage
production planning, implement inventory control and help organizations take
informed data driven decisions.
Janhavi also emphasis her personal development and has been active in elocution since
her school days. She enjoys listening and playing music and plays the keyboards. She
is an active foodie and traveller and has lately been training for powerlifting too.
