Geetha Adinarayan is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and currently works as CTO, Product Engineering , APAC Consulting. Geetha’s experience span new Offering development, customer service, Client Engineering & Product Engineering. Her technical expertise includes AI infusion in enterprise applications, creating AI+ products. Performance Engineering and Enterprise Architecture. She loves python programming and exploring data in the context of a use case and running design thinking for AI workships . On leadership, her strengths are situational leadership, building new energetic teams, architecting, and delivering first of a kind offerings and inspiring people on innovation. She is an Inventor with 16 patents. She has worked with number of customers including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, ICICI Bank, HDFC, IndiaFirst life in providing solutions to their complex needs and in resolving their critical situations. She has shared many of these experiences in conferences including IEEE conferences and in my blogs on my LinkedIn.
Outside work, she loves writing poems, creating rangoli (connecting dots to create beautiful patterns), organic gardening, experimenting with organic cleaning alternatives to chemical cleaners and creating instant fun and fantasy stories for children.
