Debarati has 15+ years of experience in building scalable tech talent and learning solutions. Across the span of her career, she has built several award-winning brands, certifications, learning programs and thought-leader platforms, especially for developing future ready talent across levels and domains, in areas of emerging technologies and technology-driven new-age job roles. Her expertise lies in architecting and implementing innovative, tech-enabled and data-driven skilling and learning designs that can deliver outcome-oriented results. These certifications and programs have been deployed globally to train and certify more than 35,000 students and professionals, and in universities and several corporates.
In her current role, Debarati is building a unique solution that enables identifying potential talent from tier 2 or 3 cities or from other diverse backgrounds, and trains them holistically based on their specific strengths, either to be deployed as high-performance professionals in top global organizations or to carve out a transformational career path for individuals. She believes every individual, irrespective of their background, deserve a chance to build a holistic and rewarding career, and her mission is to enable them to do so by democratizing career building opportunities.
