Ayushi Agarwal is the Head of Data Science and Research at United We Care, where she spearheads groundbreaking initiatives in AI and mental health, driven by a powerful vision: making mental health support accessible to everyone through responsible AI. With 12 patents and 10 research papers, including the co-authored work “LLMs Will Always Hallucinate and We Need to Live with This,” she is dedicated to the responsible and ethical use of AI to address challenges in healthcare and improve human well-being.
Currently, Ayushi is focused on establishing causality in mental health through the use of Spatio-Temporal Graph Attention Networks to determine Compression-Complexity Causality. Her work aims to create a one-of-a-kind vertical Large Language Model (LLM) for the health sector. This model will integrate United We Care’s comprehensive clinical knowledge graph—the largest of its kind—featuring 20 million nodes and 220 million relationships. The graph encompasses genetics, pharmacogenomics, ICD-10 diseases, drug-drug interactions, comorbidities, socio-cultural and lifestyle predictors, pathways, and biomarkers, offering healthcare professionals an unprecedented tool for holistic patient care.
A champion for AI for social good, Ayushi drives innovation beyond technology to create accessible, ethical and effective support systems that empower people to build resilience and well-being.
