Arpita Ghosal

Arpita Ghosal is a senior analytics manager with Kearney’s advanced analytics practice. She has over 15
years of experience advising C suite clients across industries and geographies on analytics way forward,
art of the possible and applying cutting edge data and analytics technologies to deliver breakthrough
business impact. She has led the development of multiple data science and digital use cases across
functions to unlock incremental value from data and improve business performance. She also program
manages an internal innovation hub within Kearney which is responsible for developing & deploying
new solutions, infused with latest data, analytics and digital technologies in order to drive innovation for
organizations. Prior to Kearney, she used to work for the risk analytics unit of Citibank where she led
multiple analytics engagements across risk, marketing and operations analytics. Her interest lies at the
intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology to drive growth and innovation for organizations.
