Anju is the President & Co-Founder of IvyCamp (A Global IIT/IIM Alumni-based startup engagement initiative of IvyCap Ventures). IvyCamp’s vision is to find and enable research/innovation/entrepreneurs with the potential to disrupt the status quo, and scale into a profitable business.
Anju has a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, and an MS./ Ph.D. from Stanford University. She has over 15 years of experience in product management and marketing in the financial software industry in the USA. Her roles included building risk assessment models for earthquakes, managing software development life cycles for disaster risk management, defining a next generation modelling platform, and architecting new pricing methodologies. She has worked closely with organizations such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Office of Emergency Services, PG&E, Insurance companies, and with risk managers in the commercial sector.
In the startup ecosystem for 8 Plus years, she is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and to driving IvyCap Ventures efforts to support and build out the next generation of entrepreneurs. With IHFC, Anju has been working across academia, corporates and entrepreneurs to find technology innovators and support them to grow their ideas into profitable business.
