Aditi Sharma is Engineering Manager on the Privacy team in India for Eventbrite, a global events marketplace and a leading experience technology platform for events ticketing and marketing. She leads a high-performance team responsible for building trust in Eventbrite platform with millions of event creators and small business owners in more than 180 countries in the world. She also leads the Sisterhood Program in the organization to build a support structure for women, aligning with her passion for advancing women in tech. To encourage and mentor women in technology, she frequently plans training events, webinars, and mentorship programmes.
With around a decade of experience, Aditi has progressed from developer to lead to manager with a proven track record of leading and managing software development projects in several industries, including e-commerce, education, and entertainment, while holding key engineering positions at top companies like GroupOn, Deloitte, UST Global, and others, prior to joining Eventbrite. Aditi has managed more than 15 high impact projects managing close to 40+ people across various domains designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Her technical specialties include privacy, system design, distributed systems, and developing software, particularly Salesforce applications.
