Aarthi in her role as Head of PMO serves as the strategic hub for consolidating analytics reporting across multiple teams within the Analytics organization. With a sharp focus on portfolio governance, she is responsible for aligning initiatives with our overarching business objectives, bridging project execution with strategic fulfilment. She further drives consistency in reporting, standardizing project management practices and furthering prominence and effectiveness of Global Analytics initiatives
