Nisha is a highly experienced Engineering Manager at Deliveroo, with over 12 years of experience building user-facing applications, backend services, and full-stack products. She earned her Masters in Computer Science from UIUC and began her career as a software engineer with companies such as Juniper Networks and Amazon. Driven by her passion for growing people and building teams, Nisha transitioned to the EM role and kick-started her management career at HackerOne. She eventually climbed into a leadership role at Gusto where she had the opportunity to scale globally distributed remote teams and launch greenfield projects. Nisha is a firm believer in building collaborative and inclusive teams, knowing that magic happens when people work together. Nisha has a 7 year old and a 1 year old who keeps her busy outside work. In her free time , she likes to swim with her kids and spend time with friends.
