Radhika is the CTPO and Co-founder Koach.AI, India’s first conversational coaching platform and Play Kairos, India’s first digital behavioural game based learning platform. Driven by her experiences as a woman in the software industry, and the lack of adequate representation and mentoring available to women in the early 2000’s, she embarked on building this platform that seamlessly leverages GEN AI to coach people and aims to
have a larger number of women use the platform to be more career ready with skills that help them fulfil their potential.
Radhika is a MS in Research from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in the super computing lab and has worked with Bluetooth wearables before they became fashionable. She has worked with Philips Innovation campus and HP before taking the entrepreneurial plunge.
